 | As you can see from the Links page, there's a lot of information available on the Internet for travellers searching for steam. But how to take these ingredients and turn them into a successful trip? SteamCentral wants to sort through the haystack and put together the information you need (not just what someone wants to give you) to make it easy for you to visit an area new to you and come away with good photos and video, and fond memories. After all, if you're not having a good time, why are you doing this? These travel pages are aimed at the novice traveller who perhaps has never left his home country. You're not conversant with (and perhaps a little intimidated by) the vagaries of language, store opening and closing times, average travel times, or other niceties. We'll assume you know very little (and hope we don't insult your intelligence). They are also aimed the chasing photographer, though much of the information will be applicable to anyone visiting. |
